「你睇下你幾肥?!」如果我哋直接咁樣笑個朋友,絕對係件無禮貌又唔尊重人嘅事。但係當對住小朋友時,大人們又唔會太避忌,甚至直接叫佢哋「肥仔」、「柴皮妹」、「竹篙精」……
美國2012年做咗個調查,360個參加減肥夏令營嘅青年入面,幾乎全部人都曾經因為體型而受到言語欺凌,當中有近4成人話來源之一係父母。
不過好多時父母並無惡意,只係佢地未必意識到,呢啲有心無意嘅說話,可能會嚴重打擊小朋友嘅自尊。
而呢個影響,仲好有可能會維持到小朋友長大成人,都唔會消散。美國上年有個針對年輕女士的訪問顯示,當受訪者愈記得父母喺小時候對自己身材嘅評價,會愈唔滿意自己身形體重。
如果父母係為小朋友健康著想,可以試下唔好太多批評,直接從生活習慣同餐單著手,效果可能仲顯著~
