【動畫】美好婚姻，一味靠忍？
我們之前就談過人際關係大師John Gottman的「情感儲蓄」 比喻，但研究婚姻關係長達40年的他又怎會只有這些值得分享。今次我們會談談他另一個重要發現。
套用一句坊間流傳的說法：「即使再美好的婚姻，一生中也可能有過200次離婚的念頭，50次掐死對方的衝動。」——觀察過無數夫婦的互動之後，John Gottman 解開了一個迷思，就是無論婚姻關係幸福與否，婚姻路上都充滿著大大小小的沙石，有分歧有拗撬，甚至傷害到關係都是正常的事。
不過，幸福夫婦跟一般人就是有這麼一點不同的地方，就是他們知道「贏左場交有機會輸左段關係」，於是他們總是密密地使出秘密武器……
